Yes. Monthly plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from the My Subscription page with no extra fee. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

If the renewal payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.

Go to the My Subscription page after signing in. When upgrading to a higher monthly plan, your remaining balance will be applied automatically, so you only pay the difference.

Credit usage is based on the actual processing resources required to compress each video. The main factors include video duration, codec, resolution, compression settings, and target compression ratio.

Because different videos may require different levels of processing, credit usage may not always increase in direct proportion to file size or video duration.

For reference, compressing a 5-minute 1080p video costs about 1 credit. The exact amount is shown on the compress button before you start.

Yes. Any credits used for a failed compression task will be automatically refunded. If you do not receive the refund promptly, please contact us at [email protected].

Refunds are available only under limited conditions. We strongly recommend reviewing the product features, pricing, and applicable terms before completing your purchase.

A refund request is eligible only when:

• It is submitted within 24 hours of the initial subscription purchase.
• No credits included in the purchased plan have been used.

Refunds are not available for renewal payments, repeat purchases, requests submitted after 24 hours, promotional or discounted purchases, or subscriptions that were not canceled due to personal oversight.
